What exactly is the anti-theft ribbon?
The BikeCap saddle covers have an anti-theft ribbon. You can tie this to the bottom of your saddle. In this way, the case stays in place, even when you are not using it and store it under your saddle. You also make it more difficult for a potential thief to remove the cover. See below a schematic drawing of the application: anti-theft ribbon.
In this drawing you see 3 methods to attach the case. It is up to you to determine what your personal preference will be.
- To the seatpost; you pull the case through the loop.
- For the "feather" under your saddle; you pull the case through the loop.
- Loosen the seat post, thread the loop through and replace the seat post.
What are the dimensions of the articles? Does this fit on every bike?
In principle, our items are made in such a way that they are suitable for every bicycle. We make a distinction between adult and children's bicycles with regard to saddle covers.
For beach cruiser bikes we recommend the adult size saddle cover in connection with the wide saddle that this type of bicycle has. The dimensions of the covers are stated in the product information of each article.
What material are the BikeCap articles made of?
The chosen material is a woven fabric, which, after treatment with a coating, is made water-repellent.
How will my order be shipped and can I still exchange it?
Your chosen BikeCap items will be packaged and shipped with care. You may return or exchange the item. Everything is clearly described on the pages delivery and shipping and exchange and return.

How can I change my details?

How fast will I receive my order?
For shipments within the Netherlands we aim to deliver the next day. If you order before 5 p.m. on working days, you can expect our package to be delivered the next day (except Sunday).
What are the shipping costs for shipping within the Netherlands?
The shipping costs are € 5.90 per shipment within the Netherlands.
Can I have an order shipped to a foreign address?
Yes that is certainly possible. The shipping costs will be adjusted accordingly. When entering the country, the exact shipping costs will be visible.
